While the orientation process has been able to get the required results, this might not be the best results they organization can get. In addition to what the organization is doing, there should be a mentorship programme for new employees. The mentorship programme will enable employees learn their roles faster. It will also enable employees to build social networks in the organization while gaining valuable experience in their positions.
